I just want to send this email of appreciation.
Friday afternoon around 5pm I was informed of a leaking pipe in the complex.
I investigated and tried to call a plumber and when I couldn’t get hold of a plumber I took a chance and phoned Sue, she answered and I asked for the emergency cell nr, she send it to me.
All sorted and the plumber assisted.
Saturday afternoon Sue send me a message wanting to know if I came right and if we are sorted?
WOW, over a weekend and no need for her to follow up, but she does – just shows us how far this lady will go to satisfy her complexes.
We are not just another complex, she is personally involved and she goes far above and beyond her call of duty.
With this I would like to say a huge THANK YOU SUE ELS for your commitment, patience, friendliness, professionalism and personal touch you show towards us as a complex, trustees and personally.
You surely are a blessing to all of us.
Once again, thank you for your hard work. We don’t always say this, but thanks.

That was excellent service !
I would like to thank you for the wonderful service you offered me and
my family in securing the perfect accomodation, initially we gave up
hope when the first resdence was taken but you went out of your way to
make sure we not only got a residence but an even much better one than
the one we had initially lost out on.
I would like to thank you again and i shall be able to move in on the
2nd after i have returned from my mothers memorial service in Zimbabwe
over the coming weekend and i leave first thing tomorrow moring.
I would like to bring to your attention the service that I have received from Danielle.
She has been extremely helpful and efficient with the process of a place I will be renting through your agency.
Danielle is an employee that you should treasure as she is an asset to your company. I am very grateful for the assistance she has given me and the manner in which she did and because of that I will definitely refer your agency to family and friends. It is not always that you find people who genuinely give good service because they personally want to and not feel forced to.

I found Status Mark, specifically Charlotte and Werner, to be very
helpful in resolving our electricity disaster.
Once I had contacted Charlotte on the Monday morning, I found there
urgency and constant feedback of the situation to be exceptional and
despite the numerous fowl ups by City Power, I know for a fact Werner
was out at New Orleans in an attempt to ensure City Power fixed the problem.

There is a unit up for sale, and I called the agent to get a copy of our complex rules, I suggested that she got the rules from our managing agent, when she asked from who,

It is not often credit is given where it is due, but when good comments are made from an outsider, I feel it should be passed on.

I can still remember the Sunday we met in Erica Villas Complex and I phoned you up a week later to put in an offer on the unit. I’m still laughing at what you replied to me……. (The owner will not accept this offer)!!!!
Wow…………a couple of years down the line and the unit is worth a fortune and I’m well impressed with your management staff managing the property for me.
You say on the web that 95% of your clients is referral clients and I have to agree totally, from the day that I bought the unit you guys were amazing.
