Cheryl Cumming took over the Westrand franchise in 1989 and has since taken the sales department from strength to strength. Cheryl prides herself on the fact that for over 25 years her core business has been 95% referral based. Cheryl has served on the Westrand M.L.S board of directors for over 27 years and not only does lectures for all new members but runs a successful training department of her own called Winners Workshops. Cheryl specialises in the sale of Sectional Title units in and around Roodepoort.
